The SEIU-Florida Public Services Union bargaining committee and the Village of Palm Springs have reached a tentative agreement on a Wage Re- opener for 2023 fiscal year.
The tentative agreement includes:
3% Across the Board (ATB) Wage Increase effective 10-1-23
2% Additional Merit increase, which for the first time ever makes “topped out” employees eligible for this increase!
Increase in Stand-by Pay to $17.50 a work day and $22.50 a weekend or holiday
The minimum hours of compensation is increased from 2 hours to 3 hours for any stand-by employee responding to a call between 12:01am and the start of their regular shift.
